Krishna Ved Uppuluri is an incisive and proactive leader with over 25 years of proficiency in market plan execution, sales, account management, pre-sales efforts, training strategy, and experiences focused on business goals that drive performance, productivity, and people development.

He strongly believes in the need to build human capital and the only way to do that is to invest in them. As a passionate training professional, he blends his sales experiences to connect with his audience and make all interactions very experiential.

With fervor to impart his empowering knowledge and experiences, he has been active in imparting training in selling skills, leadership development, team building, sales management, negotiating skills, etc. to various organizations and transforming their teams to achieve superior results.

S.V. Balaji is a dynamic and results-focused professional with over 28 years of rich experience in sales management, business development, and distribution management, with a strong business sense and an uncompromising commitment towards employee and customer retention.

Balaji has set up a first of its kind Sales Auditing and Consulting firm exclusively focused on addressing the sales performance and productivity challenges faced by mid-sized organizations. He provides a comprehensive assessment of current sales practices, undertakes gap analysis, provides consulting on new strategies, processes while closely associating with the company by reviewing its implementation. He also provides coaching and mentoring support to help the organizations effectively implement the new ideas.

Balaji has coached over 500 Middle and Senior Management level executives and has undergone 250 hours of coaching-specific training. His primary mission is to collaborate in the design and construction of every individual’s path to self-empowerment through a 3-Dimensional process of capacity building, coaching, and mentoring. His coaching specialties are in the areas of executive coaching, sales coaching, performance coaching, and personal coaching.

He is a PCC from International Coaching Federation, certified in Leadership Circle Assessment, and a fellow in Organisational HR from Carlton Advanced Management Institute. He has completed his Post Graduate Certificate Program in Management from IIM Kozhikode and a one-year leadership program for senior management from IIM Kolkata.
